Thomas Randall, Vice President Ministry
Tom Randall joined The Baptist Foundation of Alabama as Vice President for Ministry in July 1999. Tom conducts our Eldercare Ministry. Eldercare is one of the most attractive aspects of The Baptist Foundation work. Eldercare Ministry is the fulfillment of The Baptist Foundation’s commitment to “walk along beside” to help our clients manage life during their senior years. This ministry focuses on helping TBFA clients receive good medical care and a quality lifestyle while living in a safe and secure environment. Tom came to The Baptist Foundation after more than thirty years in the pastorate, having served First Baptist Church, Union Springs, AL for twenty-four plus years. He is a native Georgian with a B.A. from Mississippi College and a M. Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served on the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions and its Executive Committee, the board of AL Baptist Retirement Centers, and the SBC Commission on the American Baptist College. His hobbies include gardening, reading and travel. He is married and has two children and seven grandchildren.
