Rev. Tom Randall Retires December 31, 2016

Rev. Tom Randall, who has served The Baptist Foundation of Alabama as vice president of ministry for more than 17 years, retired December 31, 2016. His primary role has been to oversee TBFA’s Eldercare Ministry.

A native of Georgia, Rev. Randall earned his bachelor’s degree from Mississippi College in Clinton and his master of divinity degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

He served as a pastor for 30 years, serving for more than 24 years at First Baptist Church, Union Springs.

As head of the Eldercare Ministry, Rev. Randall helped fulfill the “walk along beside” clients aspect of TBFA’s mission as he assisted men and women in managing their lives and finances during their senior years.

Rev. Randall said he most values “the relationships with the people” he made while serving with TBFA. He and his wife, Judy, are members of First Baptist Church, Montgomery, and have two children and seven grandchildren.
